Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Buqq, a property management app from Favio Developers. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Buqq.
The service
Buqq lets you organize rental properties, bookings, guest details, calendars, and related notes for your own use. It is a personal management tool. It is not a marketplace, booking engine, payment processor, or listing site, and it does not connect you with guests.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password or Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region (at least 13, and 18 if required where you live).
Your content
You own the property, booking, and guest information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate Buqq for you. You are responsible for having the right to store guest contact details and for complying with applicable privacy and housing laws.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt to break into other accounts, or overload our services.
- Do not use Buqq to store unlawful content or to harm others.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
Availability
We try to keep Buqq reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change. Data sync depends on Firebase and your internet connection.
Disclaimer
Buqq is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will meet every business, tax, or legal need. You are responsible for your rental operations, guest communications, and financial records.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favio Developers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data arising from your use of Buqq. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero if the app is free).
Termination
You may stop using Buqq and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the app. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled after deletion.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
