Buqq is a property management app for Android. The purpose of Buqq is to help landlords, property owners, and short-term rental hosts organize their rentals: properties, guest bookings, availability calendars, guest contact details, and earnings.
Purpose of Buqq
The application name is Buqq. Buqq is a personal property-management tool. It is not a public listing site, booking marketplace, or payment processor.
The purpose of Buqq is to let a host keep their own rental records in one place. With Buqq you can add properties, enter guest bookings and stay dates, see availability on a calendar, store guest names and contact information, track whether a stay is paid or cleaned, and review earnings for each booking. Sign-in (email or Google) is used only so you can access your own Buqq account and sync that data.

Buqq lets you log guest stays, avoid overlapping dates, and see what is upcoming, active, or completed.

Buqq stores guest phone and email, paid or cleaned status, and nightly totals minus cleaning costs.
