Privacy Policy
Buqq is a property management app from Favio Developers. This policy explains what information the app collects, why we collect it, and how it is used. By using Buqq you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details. Name and email when you sign up with email and password or Google Sign-In.
- Property data you enter. Home names, addresses, rates, notes, Wi‑Fi names and passwords, and property guide content.
- Booking data you enter. Guest names, phone numbers, emails, stay dates, prices, notes, and paid/cleaned status.
- Feedback. If you send feedback, we receive your name, email, message, and basic device information (model and Android version) so we can investigate issues.
- Diagnostics. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect anonymous usage and crash data to keep the app stable.
How we use information
We use this information only to provide Buqq: sign you in, sync your properties and bookings across your device, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your guest or property data for advertising.
Where data is stored
Account, property, booking, and guide data are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) associated with your signed-in account. Access is limited to your account. Wi‑Fi passwords and guest contact details are stored so you can look them up in the app — keep your Google or email account secure.
Google Sign-In
If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name and email with Buqq so we can create or sign in to your account. We do not receive your Google password.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that run the app for us (currently Google Firebase) and, if you submit in-app feedback, with our feedback inbox so we can respond. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual homes and bookings in the app. To delete your account and associated data, email us using the contact below. After deletion, backups may persist for a short period before they are overwritten.
Children
Buqq is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Buqq after an update means you accept the revised policy.
